It is currently a monsoon here in Columbus, Ohio, and I went to go pick up dinner for the family, aka mom, gets a break. Of course, I volunteer as tribute to run a couple errands get dinner. I love my car like it's it is my happy place. I would honestly live in an RV. I would live in an RV if I didn't have children and a dog and all the things I would I would live in a pink RV and just travel around the United States and just visit people and interview them, to be completely honest. Maybe that's in my future. So we're talking about ditching the problems, and we're going to do something about it. We're going to do a lot of things about it. We're going to be a maniac on a motherfucking mission, just living your wealthiest, happiest, happiest life. Like most adult problems are not problems. Think about it like write down everything in your life right now that you're just kind of annoyed with that you're frustrated with that you don't love, that just feels blah. Like write it all down on a piece of paper. If you hang out with me, you know I love doodling, I love journaling. I love really thinking about what we're doing. I love implementing I love giving you homework, because when we make it interactive, we're already doing something about it, which is exciting. If you're only sitting on the sidelines and you're only listening, that is better than not listening. So I will give you that. But like we've gotta get in the game, like we gotta get in the game, and most adult problems can be solved by taking action, by being in problem solving mode. The the more money you want to make, the more problems you just have to solve for more people. And you can solve one problem for a lot of people, or you could solve lots of problems for very few people. Like, when you really think about it, like, think about like, I just picked up pizza for the family. I didn't want to cook tonight. We wanted something easy, simple. Let's do pizza. No one, no one's unhappy with pizza. So it's a solution right to a problem. And so that is a simple thing to think about. But when you write down everything on your piece of paper, of everything in your life right now, that feels blah, that feels frustrating, that feels annoying, that feels yucky, that feels heavy, like whatever it is like, write it all down, I guarantee you most of it, if not all of it can be solved by you solving problems like so really, we don't have problems. We just have a lack of focus. We have maybe a lack of clarity of how to solve the problem. But that is still your job to figure out how to solve the problem. So if you don't love the debt, if you don't love your what you look in the mirror and what you see, or if you don't love when you go go on the scale, or just like your energy, or maybe you don't love your marriage right now, or you don't love your mindset right now, or your relationship with your kids, or lack of friends, or your marketing and your business. Like I'm trying to think about all the things that I hear so many people talk about when you can jump into problem solving mode and do something about it and keep doing something about it, and keep doing something about it. I guarantee you. I guarantee you, you will start to get results. You'll start to feel happier, you're you'll start to feel healthier, you'll start to feel lighter, you'll start to feel more excited. You'll start to see actual physical, financial, tangible results, because where attention goes one energy flows, and what we focus on expands. It. It expands. And so this is just a huge exercise that you can do instead of just staying in the loop of, like, I'm tired, I'm tired, I'm tired, I don't have time. I don't have time. I don't have time. I don't love my bank account. I don't love my bank account. Like, looping is not going to solve your problem, like, there is always a time and place to vent, to feel your feelings, but then we do have to do something about it in order for the cycle not to repeat whatever, whatever it is, whether it's big or small, like there does become a point in time where we need to do something about it. And so I get very passionate when I talk about this topic. So I don't want to go too far without giving our sponsor a shout out, Kristen Roark with busy mom bod. Thank you for being you. Thank you for helping busy moms. Literally all today, I was getting so much protein in and I was thinking of you and how much you've inspired me. And I'm just very, very grateful for you, your message, your knowledge, the way that you show up in the world. So if you have not met Kristen, go say hi to Kristen with busy mom. If you have not signed up for her squat challenge, sign up for her squat challenge. Like literally alone, like doing squats will give you so much energy. It'll give you so much like excitement. I know that that sounds kind of crazy, but like quick bursts of squats, or something like squats can literally help you in so many ways. It can lift that booty of yours like it's so cool. So I want you to write down everything in your life right now that just is not feeling the greatest. You've got a clear, stagnant, heavy energy in order to let more, bigger, better things come in and and for them to come in with ease. So yesterday, I talked about really, like, how to focus your efforts and focus on habits. And like, this is a big part of it, because until we clear that stagnant, heavy, yucky energy that maybe it served you at one point, but it's definitely not serving you now, like you know, like you know, you're a very smart, capable woman. If I asked you if we were working one on one together right now, and I said, What feels heavy in your life? You you could, you could tell me like you could absolutely tell me what feels heavy in your life right now. So we gotta do something about it. And there may be some things on that list that you're not ready to do something about, and I get that I've been there, so don't go to those things first, right? Like, go to the easier stuff first. But like the home, clear the home. Clear your schedule, clear your to do list. Like, do something about it, like, work on your energy. Like I was mentioning, like all today, I was focused on getting more protein in. I'm working on getting more water in. And really, like I I'm just paying attention to my body more and more and more, because I know how important maintaining a high energy it's so important for where I'm heading. And so I want to do it with being healthy. I don't want to stress and exhaust myself on my way to big goals and dreams, because that is literally like they say. They say, sitting is the new smoking. I really think high stress jobs are, are the same, like, if you create a high stress job, because I'm, like, my own boss, but it is very easy to create high stress in your business, and so I do not want to do that, because that causes wrinkles. I don't want wrinkles. It causes gray hairs. Like, I'm striving to not have gray hairs. My window is so foggy right now, it's wild, um, but we really get to focus on clearing that that energy like it is your responsibility, and you would be amazed. You would legitimately be amazed someone's not being nice and letting me over. That's okay. They'll go ahead. Um, you'd be amazed that when you clear that energy, the magic starts to pour in. And it literally feels legitimately like magic, like it pours in and it pours in and it pours in and it pours in, and you're like, What am I doing differently? Like people will even ask you, like, what are you doing? And you're like, wow, I actually, like, cleared the way and allowed blessings to come in because I had the room for them to come in. I'm telling you half, if not more than half, of what I am doing right now. I did not have the energetic capacity for this time last year. I didn't I couldn't even see the blessings that I'm receiving right now because I wasn't there. I wasn't on that frequency, and that that is because of me. Like it was just where I was at in postpartum depression, and I was vibrating at a very low frequency, and I had to pull myself through that, like legitimately pull myself through it. And so I take this very seriously, because I know like I am not talking at you, like I am talking with you if you are in a lower energy where you're like, everything feels hard, everything feels heavy. I don't know what to do. I I don't know how to solve these problems. Just start small. Like, just start small. I don't care how small it is, it's there's not, there's no such thing in my book as too small. So, like, if it's as basic as cleaning out a drawer in your kitchen, fantastic. Like, one small step at a time is better than zero progress. Like, I will take little baby steps over staying stuck any day of the week, whether it's me or somebody I'm working with, because those small, tiny steps may feel insignificant in the moment, but when you keep doing them and you keep doing them and you keep doing them, they really, really, really, really, really, really, do add up. To the big picture, and you'll finally have a moment where it's kind of like an holy shit moment where something big will happen in your life and or your business, and you're like, Wow, it's really happening. Like it's really, really, really happening. So you'll have that moment you absolutely will, like, call it in, and it's because of all the little, teeny, tiny steps that you did leading up to that. Like, think about it this way. Let's take two different people. One person invest. Let's say they, they, they move $5 into their savings account every single week. So at the end of the year, they're going to have way more than someone that moves $0 into their savings account, right? So I want you to think about your your progress the same way every single moment, even if it feels so small, so insignificant, $1$5 of effort, if you will, it is literally adding up in a bank account that you may not have access to yet, so you don't know the total, but I really want you to start thinking about the moves that you're making, and I want you to, like, think of them as if you do have access to that bank account. So $5 into a savings account is better than$0 and you can even, like, have fun with this, and do cha ching Cha Ching, like I do that all the time, like Cha Ching, Cha Ching, Cha Ching, right? So if you put one bag of stuff together for to donate, if you reach out to five people that are potential leads of yours, you follow up with people. You go on live video, you send an email to your list. Like the things that I am doing in my business are the things I've been doing for seven years. I go on live video, I guess reels weren't a thing back in the day, but I do reels. I do stories like it is all video. I send emails to our email list. I reach out to people. I follow up with people like these are things that I could legitimately do, kind of with my eyes closed. You know what I mean? Figure of speech, I like. I still need to be able to see but I'm doing the same things that I have been doing for seven years. I don't have this huge, massive following yet, um, but I actually really like that, because I am such proof that, like I'm the slow burn, like I have, I'm the slow and steady burn, and I am a okay with that, because I have had a super, super sustainable career and had lots of great results with relatively small pockets of time and a small audience. And I am just living proof that you can do this too. I am for the everyday mom that doesn't fly private, right? Like she doesn't know, like she she doesn't even desire that. She doesn't desire to buy a Porsche, like she's just, she just wants to, like, buy her groceries. She wants to maybe buy some cute clothes. She wants to like, make some friends. She wants to do good in this world. She wants to, like, set her kids up for success. Maybe she's got some debt that she wants to pay off. Maybe she has maybe she wants to take a vacation every now and then, but nothing crazy, like she's the everyday mom. That's really who we are striving to support, and I feel like she gets overlooked so much, and that's really who I desire to support, and creating just like a super chill, effective, powerful, fun community for the everyday mom, because I get you, I am you and I again, I just really believe, like I am living proof that you can do this too. Like you can do this too. I have ADHD. I have small pockets of time. I have a small, smaller following, like, I have fears, I have doubts. Like, so tell me what. Like, argue with me why you can't do this. Like, are you with me? Like, please tell me, because you building an online business could literally solve so many of your problems. So, like, it's time to, like, get off the sidelines and, like, get into our online school. Like, it could be the very thing that, like, changes your life, and even if you're on the online if you're already in the online world, maybe you're doing it alone, and you feel super lonely, like there's there's room for everyone in wealthy mama world. And I know it can be intimidating when you come into a place and like we're here, like we're here, we're literally improving things every single day. People are asking questions every single day. People are getting wins every single day, like they're making progress every single day, like, truly, we are building an online school for moms, like, it's the coolest thing I have to, like, chill myself out sometimes because I'm. Like, this is so cool. Like, this is so cool. Like, oh my gosh, we're really doing it. Like, I've envisioned this in my head for so long, and it's like, really happening, and it's just, it's a really cool feeling. So come join us. We'd love to hang out with you. We'd love to support you. Solve more problems. Like, once you get yourself in a more neutral emotional energy, ask yourself, What am I going to do about it, whether it's your energy, whether it's your health and fitness, your finances, your relationships, no matter what it is bigger, big or small, get in the habit of asking yourself, What am I going to do about it? Who can support me? And I would love to be one of those people. Those people, so just reach out, say, hey, we can figure it out together. And I would love to support you. What are you going to do about it? What are you going to do about it?
