So this is going to be a podcast episode that I'm actually really excited about and explain why I wanted to title this, it's not a goodbye, it's a See you later. And we have been consistent with the wake up and be wealthy show for oh my gosh, over a year and a half. And there are hundreds and hundreds of mind blowing episodes that honestly are worth millions of dollars. And so I've been doing some soul searching and if you know I've been on this ease flow, fun journey, and doing five episodes a week, whether I'm interviewing somebody, or it's me, it is like, I'm just going to be real with you. Because that's how we are on the podcast. Like as much as I love it. It's also starting to feel heavy in this season of life that I'm in. Because I've got two kids under six, I've got literally the most dreamy clients that I just want to keep pouring my whole heart and soul into from their offers to them as a human to their marketing. And like it's just getting really, really juicy. And so fun. And so impactful. I'm like this is like, I've wanted this for so long. And I'm really working. I'm working on feeling safe, because it's so good. Like it's so good. And there's so much to unpack with that because it can absolutely feel unsafe when you finally get what you want. And then if we're not careful, we can easily self sabotage I have been there so many times. But like, it gets to be easy, it gets to be fun, it gets to feel good. And it gets to do all of those things all the time, all the time. You do not have to hustle and grind and then receive that feeling. Because if that is the case, then we're going to we're going to repeat that pattern time and time again. But life is so damn short, as you heard in my last podcast episode that I've just been like, I've been awakened on a level that like I always believe like whatever's meant for you finds you and the exact time like, for whatever reason, maybe I'll figure it out later. I've been awakened on just a beautiful, beautiful level, that I'm just looking at everything through a different lens. And I feel like I'm trusting myself more. I know exactly what I need to do. I was even on a call with my money coach yesterday. And I had the most dominant energy ever. And she's a very dominant human, which is why I hired her because I really love that energy. I need more of that in my life. And I came into the call with like, just like hot, hot, dominant energy and I was like I know exactly what I need to do. And I've already done it like before, like, vulnerable, timid me in a coaching container, right? Because when I'm coming in to a coaching container where I'm getting coached, I absolutely have more of that like submissive energy where I'm like, okay, Like, you know better than me tell me what to do. But that's not true coaching anyways, coaching as a partnership coaching is, you know, this is my thoughts, what do you think, but I'm still going to make my own decision, because when you come into a coaching container with that energy, you're building the muscles, right? It's almost as if, like, in a health and fitness example, if you were to watch somebody lift weights, but then you never picked up the weights yourself, you're never going to build the muscle, right? Like, you may learn how to, you know, do proper form, but at the end of the day, that's not going to get you the body that you desire, right? Like, you've got to pick up the weights, and you've got to, you've got to do the reps, right? And then the coach can be there of watching your form, you know, counting for you, giving you feedback, encouraging you, that's what a coaching container is. And so it's interesting, even when I came into my own coaching container for me, I had very much more of that timid, submissive, you know, bow down, tell me what to do. And it's because I wasn't secure. And my next month, like my, the level that I was breaking through, it felt scary, right. And typically, we go in fight or flight or freeze mode, and sometimes fun mode, when we don't feel comfortable, right. And so it's really regulating yourself around. This gets to feel comfortable all the time. And so yeah, I came into the call yesterday, which is this dominant energy, and I did find myself after the call being like, oh, Was I too much? Like, did I like rub her the wrong way? And I like I came back in boxer, and I was just like, and I didn't apologize, but I said, I know, like, I acknowledge, I was like, I know, I had lots of dominant energy today. And, like, thank you for holding space for me, like, appreciating and she's like, it was awesome. Like, I'm so proud of you. And I was like, Okay, well, like, and sometimes we need that momentum, right. But I've just even in like this has been within months, right? Like, the vibe, the energy, the confidence is on just a whole nother level. Like, it's so good. And so I've just been really working through that, okay, like, this does feel good, right, the shoe does not have to drop, it's gonna keep feeling better and better and better. And so with that, all the choices I keep making will help help that or hurt that, right. And so I've just been looking at my life and my business and just looking at it through a different lens. And I've just been simplifying, simplifying, streamlining, making this just so easy, and like, this is the message I want you to hear. We are making it harder to make money as women than it needs to be. And I believe that is true for 99.9% of the women population. If it weren't true, then all of us would be the zillionaires. So we can either own that, okay, maybe I am making it harder than it needs to be. And then we get curious, or you can pretend not to know. But I encourage you to think about like, this is a little bit of like, tough love, like I encourage you think about like, do you have all the money that you desire to have all the time that you desire, and if not, then we're making it harder than it needs to be truly. So like, I'll give you an example. My car was feeling a little messy. And I It's been bothering me for probably a month and a half, if not longer. I have two kids, as I mentioned. And it just gets messy, like milk spills that like stinks. Then there's french fries and crumbs and I bring stuff in the car and it just gets messy. I have an amazing contact here in Columbus that I use for car detailing. And like, they make it so easy. Literally, they'll pick up my car while I'm working. Clean it inside and out. It looks like a brand new car. I found myself this past weekend going I can just do it myself. And I'm not like I'm not here to say like I'm not above doing anything. But the example of why I wanted to use this was for me to do that would actually probably take twice as long. I would be doing it on the weekend. So I'd be missing out on family time or I could be doing something for myself or hanging out with my husband and right. It would probably be half the quality that they could do. And so I just texted the guy and said hey, Okay, do you have, you know, availability coming up, and we were able to schedule it. So easy peasy. I'm literally driving in my car right now and it feels so calm. And it was worth the $250 like plus 10. Like, it was worth it. And I was able to work during the whole time. And like this morning alone, I got a payment notice notification of $2,000 While I was laying in bed, right, so we are making things harder than they need to be truly. And the quicker we look at this, and look for where we are making it harder, which typically, if nothing comes to mind, where we are making things harder is where they're wanting to add his thoughts, where we're adding resistance, where things feel heavy, where things feel stressful, maybe what you're not getting on your to do list done. We're selling too many things at low price points, which means then there's a lot of deliverables and a lot of people to communicate with. We're making super complicated funnels, when we really no need to write like there, I could go on and on and on, there is an infinite amount of ways I guarantee you that you're probably making things harder to make money. And when we actually look at this, and clear them up, you are going to feel lighter, you are going to feel more peaceful and guess what the motherfucking money is gonna follow. And the beautiful part about all of this is you have full control over all of it. Over all of it. I scheduled a one 800 got junk appointment last night, they make it so easy. Like literally, this is not a sponsored ad, they literally you go to their website, you type in your zip code, they literally have a calendar that you can pick a date and a time window, you type in a little bit of information. And that's it. And I've used them in the past, and they even make the day of easy, you don't have to have your credit card down. They literally call you ahead of time to remind you, they literally pick up all of the stuff for you and you don't even have to move it, they will move it for you. And then they literally just charge your credit card. That's it, right. And it wasn't even that much money for taking a bunch of issues away. And what I loved about them that it didn't know before. Again, this is not a sponsor. Even though it's starting to sound like it. One 800 Junk call me let's let's talk. But what I do love about them is they made it so easy. And they also try to donate recycle as much as they can, instead of putting it in a junk junk junk yard where it's going to collect, you know, waste. And I did love that. And I didn't know that before. And I was like, Oh, that's awesome. That's like so freaking awesome. So just all this to say, I'm in this ease flow fun journey with you. And I am like, I'm getting to the point where, like, I'm uh, I don't love the word addicted, I'm positively obsessed, we'll use that. I'm positively obsessed. And it feels just incredibly good like this. This is what this whole year has been about for me. Which brings me to the podcast. So it's been feeling heavy recently. And so I can either choose to let it feel heavy, or it can choose again. And so I just wanted to model this for you, if you like, you know what, I've come to peace, that we have hundreds of episodes here for you, I guarantee you, you most likely have not listened to every episode. And they the episodes do take time. And energy, whether it's well, it's me. And then it's my team. And then we've got to market all the episodes and all the things and so I just have come to peace with this is a pause right? I'm not saying we won't have surprise episodes, because that absolutely probably will happen where I'm just like, oh my gosh, I have something I want to say I want to say it on our podcast. There's a guest I want to interview. So for the foreseeable future, there is a pause with perhaps spontaneous episodes. And then who knows from there and We'll reevaluate. And that's the beautiful part of being your own boss like you can see what feels good and what doesn't and choose again and it has nothing to do with anyone else. It's just I only have so much time to give and literally our client roster is it's getting so juicy that I will every ounce of business time. I want to make sure that I have to prioritize them. And then outside of that prioritize myself and my family right and like There's just so there's just only so much time. So I, the easier we can make this the better, right? And you will slowly start to feel safer in that where these decisions don't trip you up like I sat with it for a second, just because I wanted to make sure I wasn't making a decision that I didn't want to make. But I have come to just a very peaceful space where I'm like, You know what this is, this is not a goodbye, it's a See you later binge all of our episodes that we have in here, because there's so many good ones like literally Juicy, juicy, life changing episodes in here that you can continue to go in your podcast feed, see which ones you haven't listened to, and just have me in your ear 24/7 As much as you want.
