So I feel called to record a video for one of my real estate clients that I freaking love. And they're one of my elite clients. And I wanted to like walk through the framework of what I'm about to do in real time, which will actually help me. So we always want to have a hook when we're creating any piece of content, especially video content, because people's attention spans are so short, and we want to bring them in. So a really easy framework is hook story. Offer and offer doesn't always have to be money, but tell them what the next step is a k, a call to action, right? So the hook that I'm thinking about for this video is they are a real estate agent, a top real estate agent, firm in the little window here, which is hilarious, but they're one of the top real estate teams rather not firm. Getting behind the scenes look. And so the market is crazy right now. It's what everyone's talking about, everyone, like has like fear around it. And so I want to bring them in with that calm their nerves, and then point them to one of the best teams that has got their back has years of experience. So the hook that I am playing with right now is let's see here. I've been like thinking about it. So let's do this one is the market. Let's rewind, is the real estate markets stressing you out right now? Boom, pause. That's a hook within a couple seconds that somebody knows like, Oh, yes, she read my mind. Like, I want to hear what she says next. So let's go again. And then I'm going to build on top of that is the real estate market stressing you outright now, if it is, I have got the amazing top real estate team to make sure that you can get what you need when you need it. That doesn't feel good. So that's two, that's two, promoting, we want more emotional selling, and marketing, especially to women. So I love my hook. So we want to I didn't play that up of how it won't be stressful. I really want to lead with that. So let's try this one more time. And see what we get. You can also like scripted this stuff out but I do so much better just like talking it out.
