I thought it'd be so fun to teach you the tool with some of my current limiting beliefs that I have right now. So I could sit all day and tell you all the limiting beliefs I have. But I did I picked out my top four that are like showing up and showing up and showing up. And I'm just in this season. That is so incredibly challenging right now. And it is definitely been having a lot of like, okay, can I do this, can I not do this, and I know that I can. But when you're so sleep deprived when you have such limited time, it's like it feels like everything is working against you every curveball is happening. It's just that compound effect, right? Like, we can take quite a bit of challenges as humans, but it's like when you keep getting knocked down and knocked down and knocked down. It feels like a lot. And maybe that's how you feel right now. Or maybe you felt like that in the past. And so I just like I just think vulnerability is so powerful. So here's the tool that I'm going to teach you even if you're not watching visually, I'll explain it from an auditory standpoint. So you're gonna want a piece of paper and you're gonna draw a line down the middle, okay, on the left side is going to be your current limiting beliefs then, and on the right side is going to be the new belief that we are going to step into, and it's not going to be easy, but we're going to do it and do it and do it and do it every time we need to do it. Okay, so a few of my current limiting beliefs. Okay, so as I'm talking about mine, you can absolutely like brain dump you worse. And there's so many that we can put. So just like pick a few to start working with, because I think that's just so important. So I'm sure every mom can relate to this one, but that I don't have enough time. It it literally is the biggest limiting belief because there's so much I want to do. There's so much that I know I'm capable of doing. And it's not just professionally like there's fun things I want to do personally, there's people that I want to see things I want to do places I want to go like even my husband and I we've been talking about really wanting to go back to Vegas Vegas, that's where we got married. But like until Boone is sleeping through the night. It just doesn't feel in alignment, right? So it's just like this constant like limiting beliefs to me or like you're running in place. Like you can see your destination, but you feel like you're like running and running in Friday. You really want to get there so bad, but then since you're running in place, you feel so tired and then you're just like, Okay, I can't keep going right? I can't keep going. I think my kid is literally pooping on the toilet right now. This is my life. We literally had a pep talk before because I didn't have time during the day to do this podcast episode Yes, I'ma Yes, what's wrong? What's wrong? This is real life, you guys this is real life. Real life. Okay, Emma, can you come here? Come here What do you need baby? What do you need I'm going to share all my limiting beliefs with them and teach you the tool so I can go back to being mom. So the second limiting belief is when are enough people going to see my work okay, I'm sorry, I don't mean to laugh at you. I just called it Okay. Stay over there. Stay over there. We do not need the the wake up and be wealthy show to go are rated. Easy gets funny, don't ya? Okay. I don't know. I don't know the best way to handle this right now.
