So anytime you feel like you are in breakdown mode, you are in a funk things aren't working how you want them to work such as life, right? I want you to save this video and come back to it every single time you feel this way. Because sometimes we just need that mentor to talk to us. And just be like, okay, like, everything's gonna be all right. I can get through anything, anything, anything, anything, okay, personally or professionally. So I want you to come back to this video. And I'll keep this really short and sweet for you. So I first want you to know that this too shall pass. We hear this all the time. But sometimes we just literally need to say it over and over and over again. This too shall pass. This too shall pass. This too shall pass. Okay. And I also want you to know that with every breakdown comes a beautiful, beautiful fucking breakthrough, like claim it now like when you are on your floor, crying, right? I want you to claim that there's going to be an amazing breakthrough coming. Because it is you cannot stay down forever, you will get back up, right? So wipe those tears and know that a breakthrough is coming your way. Okay, so that's advice. That's not the three things. Okay, I just wanted to speak into you. Because I know how hard it can be. When you feel like you like it's almost like when you feel like a punching bag. And it's like, bam, bam, bam, bam, bam. And then it's like, under, I think this is the upper cut. Yeah, upper cut. It's been a while since I've boxed up or cut or right hook or like Boo, boo, boo, boo, boom, right? And you're like, right, like, and here's why. I also want you to know, if you feel that way. Don't give up, please, I'm begging you. Because that means even like big, I mean, massive things are coming your way. Because the universe always is going to test us how bad we want it. I've had some of my biggest launches, and I have had so much rejection. I've had so many technology issues. I've had a toddler puking on me, like you name it, and I've had it right. And so that is like, it's so important. And it also builds so much adversity for you that it becomes your armor that's going to make you stronger every single time. So I know it's hard. So these three things are really going to support you already. Number one is take a freaking nap. And I'm legit like not even joking. Go take a nap. It can be in your car, it can be in your office, it can be you could even go to like the float spa or go get a massage and take a nap or literally just your bed or couch. Okay, but go take a nap because when we are burnt out and frustrated our literally our mental energy is so we're so tired that we can't even think think straight like have you ever been tired and made really bad decisions like even like eating right? It's because our brain can't even function at the level that it needs to function. Okay, so it is critical that you go take a nap and I want you to wake up and see how you feel okay? And even if you want to sleep in more or but I need you to like literally you probably have a lot of sleep debt and mental debt where you're just like I am so freakin exhausted. I need to take a break. Okay, so please take a break and take a nap that is an order. Okay, that is not a suggestion that is an order and do whatever you have to do to make that out. happened. Okay, so that's number one. And these are in order in the order that I want you to do them. Number two, after you take a nap, and you feel refreshed, I want you to brain dump all the possible scenario, or all the all the solutions, rather, that you can do to break through. Because we're calling our breakthrough, we're not gonna wait for a breakthrough to happen. But we are calling our breakthrough by brain dumping all the solutions on a piece of paper or in a Google Doc, wherever you want to take notes. But I literally want you to be a solution based, focused person, like a maniac on a mission, like, what can I do? What can I do? What can I do? What can I do, and it can be really crazy things like, book a vacation. It can be things like some online shopping, there's no judgement here, okay? Maybe you need a book, a therapy session, maybe you need to get back in the game with your business and go live right? And send an email and like, get that momentum going. Because whether it's a personal frustration, or professional, or maybe it's like the Holy Grail where everything feels like it's falling apart. Guess what? My friend said this to me the other day, and I love this quote, when things fall apart, better things are coming back together. Okay? So just know, if you're like, it's coming from all all areas of my life right now. Right? That means amazing, things are gonna be falling back together. Okay. So if it's to me, it's up to me. So brain, dump all the solutions big and small. And then what I want you to do is put them from easiest to hardest. And I want you to start taking action on as many as you can, if you need to go back and take another nap, do that. But I need you to be a man, like, I literally need you to be a maniac on a mission and go through solution after solution after solution after solution. Here's the tricky part. When we're in breakdown mode, and we don't do anything about it, we're choosing to stay in break, download, okay. And the longer you stay there, the harder it is to break through. And typically when people choose to stay there, they're waiting for somebody to save them. They're waiting for the breakthrough to come to them, okay. But you deserve to get through the breakthrough as quickly as possible. And how we do that is get back up, wipe our tears and brain dump all of the solutions and just go one by one doesn't have to be in one sitting. But one by one by one. Okay? And what's cool about this is you're going to start to instantly feel better, and accomplish, and you're going to make progress. And as humans, we want to make progress. This is how you create the breakthrough. And what's cool is that as you do that, your energy gets back up, right? You start to focus more you feel even better. Hi, have you right there. Oh, and then I got caught. I stay in my car a lot. And so really focusing on that feeling of the breakthrough. And every time you knock something out, you're gonna feel better. Okay. So that's what I want you to do. And the last one, I think you're gonna really enjoy. Okay, so after you've done that, you've taken multiple naps where we're getting that momentum going, you're creating the breakthrough, you're feeling better. Okay, and this is something that you can continue to rinse and repeat, which is why I want you to save this video. It's really easy. You just press the three dots and you can save the video and go back to it at any time. Here's the last one. Are you ready for this? Okay, so when in doubt, scream it out. Okay, so 123 That's all really good. I wonder if they heard me inside. I might, they might be concerned. Um, that felt really good. Okay, can I get some hearts for that one? That felt really good. Okay. It sounds ridiculous. But I want you to do it. We need to rock your nervous system. Okay. And sometimes, you just need to say some cuss words. Sometimes you just need to scream please don't scream at somebody. Like it was so helpful to do it in this car. Because I'm not affecting anyone. Right? And I feel so good. Like, literally I want you to do this. Also laughing can be really good. So let's try laughing Okay, so this is like a bonus one. So it's very awkward. Okay, so we've screamed, we've let it we let that negative energy like literally go we're releasing it right. And the longer you do this, you can like really start to shift your energy. Okay. Jumping jacks and like dance breaks work really well, but let's try laughing Okay, so we're going to do laughing give me hearts give me smiles like let's let's do this together. Okay, and then I'll let you go. Okay. All right. So we're gonna try to laugh with no like no joke. Okay. Oh, Haha. Oh my gosh. Did you like can you believe it? It's just crazy. It's Oh my gosh, oh, it is so good to just be. I've got coffee now we're genuinely laughing. So we're rocking our nervous system, right? We're getting out of overwhelm. We're getting out of frustration we're getting out of stress. You guys, no matter how much money you make, no matter where you live, no matter who you are, no matter what you've been through, there is always going to be adversity and our way. I equally think the bigger the goals, the more adversity that you can face. Because you're going you're challenging the norms, you're challenging the universe, you're challenging yourself, right? It's like that football player that wants to get in the NFL, that's hard. Ready? It's so like, they can do it right or go to the Super Bowl. Right? These are things that are super hard. But we're built for challenges, right? We are built to make progress. We are built to support others were built to make an impact, right? We're not meant to be average. We're not meant to like just give up. We're better than that. In this world needs us. So don't let your negative self talk win. Don't let one hiccup or 10. Hiccups, it has been a hiccup week for me, it has been like curveball after curveball punch after punch. And I'm just like, Alright, I'm gonna eat some fries and call it a day. Okay. I feel better today. And I think I'll feel even better by by the end of the weekend. Okay. These tools are how I do it. Okay. So just know that no matter who you are, that it's a choice. No matter how much money you make, it's a choice. And there's more on the line. When you make more money. My monthly expenses are easily over $25,000. I paid my team today, which was over I think $5,000 I've got to make sure I have that. Right. My daughter's therapy costs $2,500 a month, right? Like, there's things on the line, I don't have the luxury of just stepping away and giving up. And furthermore, there's women that are messaging me saying I'm so sorry. I'm so tired of being broken, unhappy, like how can you help and I'm like, like, let's talk like let's get on a phone. Let me support you like I've been there income from money. I literally used to charge groceries to my credit card in college. I like it's It blows my mind. I didn't like my jeep is my first real car that I bought for myself at age, I think it was almost 30 Okay. I was made fun of in junior high for being overweight, and even middle school, and it was hard for me to make friends. I've been sexually assaulted and molested multiple times. Um, so I've had I had $50,000 with a debt when I graduated college that's now gone. But like we were meant for hard things. And every person has a story. And every person has a has so many gifts. I when I transitioned out of the nonprofit organization that I started at age 16, I had no idea what it was going to do. But I knew I was meant to do something. And I knew it was time. And I was scared shitless and like having even a six figure and let alone a seven figure business was not even on the radar. I just wanted more time freedom. I wanted more choices. I wanted to be able to massively support other women I have just felt so pulled to support that woman that is like feels like she's the girl next door that feels like the underdog. I finally got diagnosed with ADHD at age 31. And I'm like, Everything makes sense now. Everything makes sense. So whether you've had challenge after challenge, you've failed a business or you've you feel broke right now or you feel like like the world is against you. Like please know whether you pay me any money or not. I don't care. My dams are always open. I am always here for you. I put out a ton of free content, even more is coming its way and we get to win. The underdog gets to win. It has got to like I need you to step it up. And I need you to get this breakthrough. I didn't even know I was gonna talk all about this. But it's like this gets to be a duty and an obligation because more underdogs get to win. And when women come to me, and they're like, like, I just interviewed somebody yesterday, and she's like, she had a$60,000 launch. And she's like, I just do everything you tell me to do. And I'm like, I'm so proud of you, like, you have no idea. And she was able to leave her full time job, like, and be with her daughter, and like, choose the programs that she wants to create. And she's like, What do I do next? What do I do next? And I'm like, Ah, this is what I live for. I want to make this easier on anyone that will listen to me in any way that the Listen to me whether it's in a program a video like this, a podcast format, I don't like it doesn't even matter how it just matters, who and right now. So just know I love you try these techniques out. I think they'll really support you expecially the solutions list? It's, it's my game changer. Anytime I'm feeling in a funk. Anytime that I am feeling frustrated, whether it's personally or professionally, what can I do? What can I do? What can I do, okay, and just know that you're going to get to where you want to go, I promise you, you've just got to continue to pivot, you've got to continue to focus, you've got to continue to get back up. Continue to ask for support, continue to put yourself out there. And it is coming your way. Just know that feel that believe that and like bring it to you. Like I literally want you to put your hand out right now. And like grab, grab thin air and pull it into your heart.
