Welcome back to day five of CEO week, I get really emotional when it's like we might have to say goodbye. So if I'm feeling that way, today, it's because like I've had so much fun with you this week, I don't want it to end. Hopefully you don't want it to end. I've really enjoyed pouring into you over these last five days. And we're finishing strong today talking about attraction marketing, because you can have the most juicy, irresistible offer. But if we don't have people to talk to, right, if we're not attracting people to you, and attracting people to the offer, then that offer that product, program service, etc, is not going to be sold, meaning you're not making money. And then therefore you're not making impact. And I know that's really, really what you want to do. That's really what you desire is making more impact I live literally live for when clients say they're paying off credit cards, they are leaving their day jobs, they just had their first or next $10,000 month or they've had their$20,000 month a client just told me that she had her $90,000 month. And so it's I live for it. I literally love it so much. It makes me feel so happy and so proud of everyone that is building their businesses because I know this can be hard. This can be frustrating. Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. It's not for everyone. It really isn't. It really takes a really special person and I know that that is you. So I want you to be seen heard and people to be so excited to buy from you. So we're talking about attraction marketing now. I am obsessed with attraction marketing. And the reason is because it is very different than bro marketing, bro marketing is hustle, hustle, hustle, be on every platform post 20 times a day, be in the DMS cold messaging like cold sales calls like hustle, hustle, hustle. That's bro marketing. Well, that doesn't work for women. I'm just gonna be honest, it does not work for women. We are busy. We are raising families, we are cleaning households. We've got passion projects, we want to have some self care. We don't have time for bro marketing. And quite often. Even if we did have time, it doesn't feel good. It doesn't align with our values or our energy, nor does it align with the people that most likely you are talking to. Right. So what works really well for women owned businesses is attraction marketing, being in the right place at the right time talking to the right people, asking them the right questions for them to make their decision of like oh my gosh, I need this product. I want this product I want this program. I want whatever she is selling and I don't care how much it cost right now, the biggest difference besides how we do attraction marketing is that attraction marketing you don't always get that instant gratification. Meaning if you were to post 20 times on social media, you get some instant gratification even if it's not a sale you're like getting that dopamine hit of like Okay, I just posted here I just posted here I just posted here I just sent that the DM so you you're getting like those dopamine hits. So attraction marketing is really taking the off because that approach of I'm going to be patient. And I know that I'm building something really, really powerful and less is more. And I'm going to be very, very mindful and intentional with what I'm posting, where I'm posting how I'm marketing my business, and making sure that we are maximizing every everything that you're doing from a marketing perspective, that it is very, very strategic, and not just you're doing it to do it. Because you can send 50 DMS to people even if they're in your cold market, or warm market, and it fall flat, right? And then that's a waste of time, right? So attraction marketing is really having people opt in to being interested, meaning they are saying, hey, send me more information, then you go into the DMS and say, okay, cool, I would love to send you more. Here it is you, you requested this, right? It's really that dialogue between two people rather than like, down their throats. Bye, bye, bye. And you don't even know if they need it. Right? I really want you to think of the best shopping experience that you've had from a retail perspective. And the worst, most likely, the worst experience is bro marketing, just gonna call it out. And the best is more attraction marketing, right? It's more of a lean out approach. And it works so well, because the buyer feels like they're in control. The buyer feels comfortable, their guards are not up, their walls are not up. They're not like, oh my gosh, this person is like, feeling very desperate and very pushy. And it just does not work well with people, it very much turns them off. Okay, so we're going to create your attraction marketing system. Today, I really wanted to leave you with something super, super juicy, that really supports you. So too often we don't have this. And we're like twiddling our thumbs. And we're like, Okay, I'm posting on social media. I don't know what's happening, because I am like not making the sales. Too often, we're just talking about the product. And we're not talking about the problem, right? And we're not clear on who we're trying to talk to. Right. So we're skipping so many steps, and then we're frustrated because we're not making the money that we desire. So getting really, really clear on who you are wanting to attract. We need that very specific type of person. If we're trying to talk to everyone, we're talking to no one, right? How you market to moms with young children is very, very different than how you market to moms that are empty nesters. Right? They have different problems. They have different lifestyles, they have different things going on, as my kiddo starts to walk into my office. Do you have to go potty? This is see, do you see? Okay, can you run there and I'll help you. Okay, go ahead and get a head start. This is real life, y'all. So your attraction marketing system, we first get to get really, really clear on who you're trying to talk to. Okay, this is something that I will ask you, if you coach with me one on one, if you're in my inner circle, and even on our call, so really getting clear with who that person is, is critical. Okay. So once we have that, who it actually the how becomes a weight easier, right? Because we want to ask ourselves, Hey, it's okay. What's up? Do you want to do it yourself? Okay, you're getting a behind the scenes look of mom life. You got it? Okay. So, once we know her who we want to ask ourselves, where are they hanging out on social media? Are they on Facebook? Are they on Instagram? Are they on Tik Tok? Are they on LinkedIn, this is going to be really helpful. I don't want you to feel like you have to be everywhere. So pick one to two platforms that that person is hanging out. And let's get really, really good at being so visible there. Okay, so we want to get really clear on let me go ahead and write this down. Okay. So we want to get really, really clear on who they are, where they're hanging out. Okay. What are their problems? Okay, what problems are they have an even outside of your offer? Right? Do they are they tired? Are they busy? Do they? Are they trying to make more money, right? What is it about your person that makes them up even your offer aside your product aside? So getting really really, really clear on that right? So for example, a mom with young children has a very different lifestyle right? She is fitting In her work in little pockets of time, she is wiping butts, right? She is having to figure out what's for dinner every single night. She's having to clean the house, right? Like, we really want to think about who she is and what her problems are. So we can become a super valuable resource for her. Okay? I don't want you just talking about your offer, it is going to fall on deaf ears. If it's constantly about you, and your offer, okay? We want to be a resource. So how I do this is so many different ways. But really, like, here's a couple examples. I know my woman is so tired, I talk about a pillow. Like, I It's my pillow. Like, there's this pillow that I found on Amazon. It's amazing. I talk about it a lot people interact with it. They're like, Where'd you get that pillow from? Right? They want to know, because it's like the best sleep ever. I talk about restaurants that I love to go to I talk about recipes. It's okay. Okay, so get your iPad. So, we really want to get clear on what her needs are. So we can support her on the highest level possible. And I say her, you may have a him or they but really getting clear on that is super, super valuable. So once we have that we want to get clear on what are our six top income producing activities, meaning if you get on video, okay, and you book clients for hair appointments by you doing video that is super, super powerful, right? So that would be one of your six income producing activities, right? Let's say every time you send an email, you get people inquiring about your product, right? That would be one of your six income producing activities. So I really want you to understand what your six are. Because this is something that we do every single day. So in all of your small pockets of time, this is how I run my business. I'm like, okay, I get to do video, I get to send an email, I get to do a post, right? I know what works so well for my business. Now, if you're like, I don't know yet, that's okay, too. I want you to take your most educated guess, and pick your top six and convert it producing activities. And we can always test and tweak and swap out different ones. But we don't know until we're consistent, right? When we're in content inconsistent, we're like, oh, my business is not making money, I suck, you know, I should just, you know, close down my business. But we haven't got given it, you know, the time and attention that it really, really needs, that it really, really deserves to move forward. Right? So really getting clear on who that person is. What are your six income producing activities? And then we start to do those. So the biggest piece of attraction marketing is having a call to action every single day. Drop an emoji below. Okay, drop this key word below. If you're in your stories, do you want to book an appointment? Yes, or maybe. And then you would have a poll on it. Right? So we're constantly having calls to actions all the time, every single day, you can never do too many calls to action. If you feel like oh, my gosh, I'm being spammy. You're not being spammy people opt in, or they don't, right? It's what I think is spamming. If you send 100 messages to strangers, and they don't know who you are, who you are. That's spammy, right? So we get to make those invitations. Because a lot of times people don't know that. You have a certain thing going on a certain offer going on a certain product, you may have talked about it. But having that call to action is really specific. Okay? It was really important. And then going back to being a resource for people, even if it's not your product, talk about coffee, talk about a pillow, right? Talk about recipes, talk about what your person really, really is needing. And when you can solve her problems even outside of your product, she will literally be your most loyal customer or client, she will refer people to you because of the Law of Reciprocity. Okay? So if you're constantly giving her tips, tricks, advice, support, encouragement, this is when she is so so valuable to your business because you've been so valuable to her without even ever asking for anything in return. Right? So this does take time. This does take patience, which is the hardest part of it. Everyone wants that instant gratification. So you've already got to know in your mindset of like, okay, I'm committing to doing this for 90 days. We can see a lot of growth in 90 days and in the grand scheme of things, doing something like this for 90 days. Right your income producing activity He's doing all six of those for literally 90 days, it you'll see results within 30. But I want you to do it for 90. So you can get in a really solid habit of doing it. This doesn't require a ton of time, you do not have to be perfect at this. Okay? But consistency is doing it more than you're not doing it. That to me is what I define as consistency. Okay, so I really want you to get clear on who you're talking to where they are hanging out. And what are your income producing activities, the top six, okay, use your best judgment on our call, you can totally ask me like, here's what I'm thinking, what do you think so come prepared to your call. So that way you're ready to go. And I can give you my best advice. And we can maximize that 15 minutes together that we have. So I'm really excited for you. Attraction Marketing is so powerful, it saves you so much time, so much guesswork, you get to the people that really want what you have. And attraction marketing conversion rates are so high, because they're saying send me information. They're already a hotter lead than a cold prospect because they want more information. I as a buyer got on a sales call last night, because I was ready to buy with somebody I was already sold before the phone call even started, we were just basically going through details on the call. And she locked me in for 90 days, because it's exactly what I need, right? She's sending over the contract, I will pay her I'm excited to pay her because that's what I need. It's solving a problem. Okay. So as a business owner, your job, my job is to solve more problems, and you will make more money. Alright, I will see you on your call. I'm so excited. Get ready to rock and roll.
