Good mighty it is time for day four of the CEO week. I hope you are feeling so amazing. Sometimes we need to even like go back and re watch trainings to see what else shows up. I'm here to be a support to you so you can be the best seo that I already know that you're capable of being. Today is getting really exciting. I hope you're ready for today. Give me a hashtag live hashtag replay. We are talking about making some moolah. Yes. So in order to even go on social media, we need to have that offer that is so juicy, so irresistible, that people can't look away, right? Because then it becomes about the traffic. So that's how we'll end tomorrow. So just a little secret and sneak peek of tomorrow. But in order to make marketing effective, we need to have that super juicy offer for a very specific type of person. So that way, when he or she or they come across it, they're like, oh my gosh, how could I not want to do this? Right? It's kind of like when you see that really cute shirt at Target. And you're like, I didn't come here for that. But that's a really cute shirt. And I I'm gonna put that in my cart. Right? So that was designed for you, right. And so we really want to create that on the online space. So that way, your ideal person has a shopping cart, right? And is going around on social media, and they stop and they pull out their wallet, right? A lot of times people are doing such a great job of showing up on social media, making people laugh, empowering them, but they aren't having those calls to action to help them get from the friendzone to the buying zone, right? We can have great friends and raving fans and have people cheering us on. But that's not going to pay your bills, right? And so you don't need a huge following in order to make a large amount of money. So what I want you to do CEOs know their numbers. So we are going to start that today, by really getting clear over the next 365 days. What amount of money do you want to bring into your business? So this is top line revenue. So this isn't your salary? Your salary, obviously would be a part of that. But this is your business. Okay, top line revenue. How much money do you want to bring in? I want this to be a number that is going to stretch and challenge you. Okay? So let's say for example, last year, you brought in 150,000, we wouldn't say 155,000. For the next 365 years, that's too close, right? We would maybe say 200,002 50 Maybe even a stretch goal of like going for 300 or 350. Right? So we want to push and challenge ourselves. Okay, so over the next 265 days, I want you to decide what is that number, okay? And what is the number one thing that you are selling? Okay, so this will differ depending on the industry that you're in. Okay, so we can obviously if you have any questions on this, we can talk about it on your call. But the goal here is really getting clear on what is that signature offer now you may have other offers or products are programs that are spin offs of that. But let's get an average of like, what is the signature thing. So like, for me, all roads lead to inner circle. So I sell other things, I do other things, then inner circle, but everything revolves around inner circle, because it's my signature program. It's my longest standing program. It's the program that like people are obsessed with people stay in, they never want to leave, right, that there's a lot of commodity when it comes to the inner circle. So with that being said, everything that I do is revolving around that, from my strategy, to my marketing, to my numbers to everything, right, it's really the Holy Grail. So I want you to decide what that is for you. Is it one on one clients? Is it a certain person selling, you know, their home at a certain level or buying a home and a certain level is at a certain rank in your network marketing company that, you know, you would get like a really juicy bonus. So I want you to have some time today to really get clear on those numbers. Okay, and what is that offer? And the reason why we're going to do this, is this really helps us reverse engineer like, Okay, well, how many people do I actually need to sell to? Right? How many people do I need to join my team? How many people do I need to have come into this offer in order to make that money? So we're going to do some reverse engineering, here? It is. estimated numbers, right? So don't get hung up on like, okay, but I have this offer over here. And I do make money on that. Let's just play with some numbers here. Okay? And really look at, okay, I need 40 more people, I need 200 people, I need 500 people, we really want to understand what that is, because that's going to be important for tomorrow. Because if you if you only need 40 people versus 500 people, that marketing strategy looks very, very different. Okay. So that is important to understand. So that's your first piece of homework for today. Okay. Now, with that being said, I do want you to decide what is that signature offer that signature, signature product, program or service, that is the holy grail for you. And the reason we want to do this is important for marketing as well. When I talk about anything on social media, I make more money, when I don't talk about it, people forget about it, right. So if I'm constantly talking about inner circle, even when I'm not necessarily selling inner circle, it's planting seeds for the future for my dream person, right. So it's one of the most powerful tools that you can do, let's say you're in the product business, and you have an amazing skincare line. And if that is the holy grail, because it's a very, you know, juicy, expensive bougie skincare line and but it like oh my gosh, it's gonna make you glow, make you feel amazing. And you're constantly talking about it, using it in your stories, right? Like showing it, giving samples of it, like you're obsessed with talking about it, you're gonna sell more. And if that's where we want all roads to lead, then we are being very, very intentional with everything that we're doing. Okay. So, it's very important to understand how many people do we need and that signature offer and what is the signature offer? Okay, and with that, today, we're going to give it a facelift. Okay? So I love the saying, sell them what they want, give them what they need, okay? So for example, the skincare, they don't necessarily care what what ingredients are in it. If they're ingredient conscious there, they'll ask you about it. But guess what? They want glowing skin. That's why they want that product, right? They don't need to know like, you know, how many steps it is, like all those little details. I think we get caught up in like, the mechanics of things and people are like, I don't care about that. Right? I want is my skin gonna glow, right? Am I gonna look like you know, JLo right. How am I gonna feel right? We're emotional buyers, right? Now, with that being said, you can weave in, you know, it's organic, right? We can. It's kind of like hiding in the veggies. That's how I like to describe this. But we want to focus the most amount of energy on what they want. So for example, in our circle, I kid you not pretty much everyone that signs up for inner circles like yeah, I signed up because of Disney. Like that was what got me to Yes. So do I talk about Disney all the time? Heck, yes, I do. Right. Do I wear Disney ears show pass photos of us going to Disney? Absolutely. Right. It's one of the best selling pieces of my program because it's different. Not every mastermind I would say there's only One other mastermind that I'm aware of, that takes their group to Disney World, right? It's a big deal, right? And so very, very powerful because it makes me different. It stands out online, it draws my ideal person in because she wants to have fun. She wants to feel like a kid again, right? She wants to, you know, go to the most magical place and dream and, and work on her business. Right? It's very, very intentional, why we do what, what we do. And so that's what they want. What I know that they need is mindset, right? Strategy, and networking, right? So we we hide that in like veggies, right? I'm always talking about mindset, even when you don't know that I'm talking about mindset. And that's very intentional, too. Because I know mindset is one of the biggest things holding you back from making more money. So the more clear we can get about this, the more you can use it for good, okay, so sell them what they want, and give them what they need is really what I want you to take away from today. So really deciding what that statement is for you. So journaling about it thinking about it, what do my people want? What and what do they need? And how can I talk about that more, which we can dig into that in tomorrow's lesson, but really getting clear on that? Okay. So, in order to give your offer a facelift, okay, I want you to think about how can you be different? Okay, can you give gifts? Can you add bonuses, right? Can you give us an experience? Can you recognize people? So like we have, I don't have my jacket around here, I think it's over there. We just started where as you build your business to certain levels, you get a jacket, you get buttons, you get recognition, I'm on stage at wealth con and on stage at Disney, right? We'll talk about you on social media. It's powerful, people are obsessed. They're like, how do I get my jacket, we've had people earn their jacket so much faster. Because there's a jacket, right? So they have to build their business from a revenue standpoint, in order to earn the jacket. So we've really done some really powerful things to help they get a welcome gift, okay. We always are bringing guest experts in and people are always blown away. So that's another bonus. We're doing a money mindset reset with everyone right now. Because people were like, I really need to work on my mindset. So I'm like, Absolutely, let me do that for 90 days, right, we did a 90 day sprint, and they got that included. So we're constantly listening to what they want and giving it to them, right for no additional charge, it adds so much value, it helps them build our business, which is our whole friggin goal, right. And then from there, we've infused all of the additional things like I mentioned, the welcome gift, Disney, we're going to Nashville, and then the recognition, recognition of the jackets and the milestone awards. So really cool pieces that just make your offer. So juicy, and so irresistible. Now everyone's different. If you're more of a product based business, you can include like a free gift, like there's a company that I ordered from and they always include a free gift. It's nice, right? You can include a handwritten note, right? You can call the person and check in with them, you know, 15 days after their product has delivered and say, Hey, how's it going? Right? If it's a skincare is your like, main thing, then you could do a skincare challenge where like, hey, for, you know, 30 days, we're gonna all going to use our products together. Because guess what, when they actually use the freaking products, their skin glows, but it's a habit. So people want these things so badly, but it is challenging for them to incorporate them in. So you're doing like a super fun challenge not only helps them use the product, hold on one second, honey helps them use the product. But then they have to reorder and then they get the results. And then you can share the results. Do you see how this all connects? Right. So in order for you to get to the next level, we've got to give your signature offer a little bit of a facelift here, this is going to make you feel even more confident selling it. My inner circle has nearly tripled in price since it started because I feel way more confident not only have I done it longer, but we have all of these really juicy pieces that we know people want. So this is not to be mistaken with adding fluff into things. So we want to get clear with what your people want, what they need. And then let's give that facelift. Okay, so we've got a lot of homework today. Okay, you can do this. So we're, we're reverse engineering. What is that sales goal over the next year? What is the signature offer? How many people would we need to sell to about to get to that number and then we're giving our signature offer a facelift today. And you can literally just write that out and brainstorm. If you get stuck with this. Ask them your ideal client Our current clients, like hey, how else do you think we could serve and support you? Were thinking of this idea or thinking of that idea. What do you think? Right? Give them some autonomy and get them in the dialog. Okay, so, have a fantastic day. I'll see you tomorrow.
